Created and hosted by Dominican-born actor, producer, and storyteller Rafael Moreno, the series invites audiences to look beyond conventional tourism and discover the people, traditions, and untold stories that make every destination unique.

Originally developed for public television, Xperiences is embracing the evolving landscape of digital media, expanding its reach through YouTube and other multimedia platforms. Combining cinematic visuals with engaging, informative, and thought-provoking narratives, the series seeks to entertain, educate, and inspire a global audience while championing cultural preservation, responsible tourism, and the extraordinary diversity of the human experience.

The Host:

Rafael Moreno is a Dominican-born actor, producer, and playwright, whose career has been driven by a passion for storytelling, cultural exploration, and diversity in the arts.

After working with major entertainment studios, including Sony, Warner Bros., and CBS in Los Angeles, Moreno returned to New York City, where he founded Construct Theater Company, an organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of actors and writers of color and creating opportunities for underrepresented talent.

Guided by his belief in the transformative power of storytelling, Moreno expanded his creative vision beyond the stage and screen, developing international productions that celebrate cultural identity, human connection, and the richness of our shared experiences.

Following a production agreement with PBS for his travel series, Xperiences with Rafael Moreno, and amid the evolving challenges facing public broadcasting, he embraced a new chapter as a full-time digital content creator, travel host, and YouTube storyteller.

Today, Moreno combines his experience in entertainment, production, and international storytelling to create compelling travel content, advertising campaigns, and multimedia projects for businesses and organizations seeking to expand their reach, connect with diverse audiences, and bring their stories to life through the power of digital media.
